It’s hard to believe that 2022 is coming to a close. This has been a year filled with instance after instance of seeing God’s hand in the lives of many who love and trust Him. It has been a year of growing for all of us at Walk With God Ministries, especially me as the Lord has been revealing Himself through His Word in new and exciting challenges. It is my heartfelt desire that something of what He has shared with me this year has been a blessing for you. As a teacher of His Word, there is nothing more rewarding than to be able to pass along a thought, a challenge, an inspiration, or Word that encourages someone in their walk. As His bride, we have the joy of His grace and mercy, but we also have the obligation to allow the Holy Spirit to continue to draw us ever upward, ever closer to our bridegroom. As He slowly conforms us into the image (character) of Jesus, our spiritual life becomes more mature, and that’s the challenge.

So, as we celebrate the birth of our Lord, let’s also celebrate the life He has given us, and let’s look to 2023 as a year of growing closer to Him and becoming all that He created us to be. To take up our part in partnership with Him, to prepare the way for His coming Kingdom. And at the heart of that is the preparation of our heart.
